The next question is how you can publish via RSS if you have a blog. It depends on which system you’re using. If yours is capable, I’d highly recommend enabling it and including a link on your blog. For Xanga, I think you just have to switch the “home.aspx” part of your URL to be “rss.aspx” to get the URL that you can use for your RSS feeds. You can just add a link to that URL on your blog page.
For Blogger, according to their help section, you just need to create a FeedBurner account and follow these instructions to enable RSS feeds on your blog.
