The Cost of the Energy and Highway Bill

Even The National Review is upset about the exorbitant cost of these bills. Three million dollars for a documentary on infrastructure improvements in Alaska?!! I’m sure there’s worse uses for $3 million of federal money, but at the moment I’m hard pressed to thing of one.
