Five Things I Did This Weekend

  1. While checking out at the grocery store, heard the cashier tell the bag boy that Mr. Deeds is a great movie. Hoped that he is not considering a career as a film critic.
  2. In post-game wrap-up on ESPN Plus, learned that John Cooper has “never seen a bad Michigan team”, which seems pretty intuitive given his 2-10-1 career record versus the Wolverines.
  3. Continued to wonder why in the heck the Buckeyes can’t get Tedd Ginn the ball. I mean, four offensive touches for 30 yards against San Diego State’s D?! If Ohio State had someone like Norm Chow as offensive coordinator, I guarantee this wouldn’t be happening. This isn’t going to help the Buckeyes stop top offensive in-state recruits from going to California, Florida, or Michigan.
  4. Learned that Louisville plays their football games at Papa John’s Stadium, which now currently tops my list of worst corporate stadium names.
  5. Learned that the Bears-Lions announcers think that QB Kyle Orton
