Doesn’t Testicular Virility Account for Anything These Days?

Posted on Tuesday 29 November 2005

SurveyUSA has a new poll with the approval ratings for all 50 governors (find your governor…curse or cheer them…fun for the whole family). All the way down at number 44 is Illinois’ own Rod “Testicular Virility” Blagojevich with 38% approval and 57% disapproval.

It’s really quite amazing how unpopular he is considering that (1) he hasn’t majorly screwed up anything, (2) he hasn’t had a major scandal (in Illinois politics, there’s always the aurora of corruption, but you’re pretty much clean until the FBI starts handing out warrants or a government attorney gives out indictments), and (3) his party pretty much controls the state (both houses, all state-wide offices except for treasurer, and both US Senate seats).

I think he just has a totally bipartisan antagonistic personality towards everyone or something. Plus, he must have made the press mad, because he pretty much never gets any positive coverage. Overall, I think he’s just kind of mediocre, but his personality seems to push him over the edge in terms of being unpopular. I think there’s a good chance that he may get defeated in the Democratic primary next year.

Do you suppose that mentioning testicular virility has anything to do with his popularity/unpopularity? He probably didn’t really mean to say that; I think that it sounds repetative. Also, I scanned through the list and saw several names of which I didn’t approve, and most, but not all, were governors of states in which I do not live.

This may be why Blago is so keen on importing drugs from Canada:

Cheaper Viagra == More testicular virility in IL!

Perhaps he meant “testicular fortitude”? Still, its a sexist comment seeming to demean women because they are not biologically capable of such a thing…he should be crucified and ousted as a biggot!

Guess your prediction didn’t come true. Haven’t you heard about any of the scandalous behaviors or his and his mob relations? No one comes out and says it b/c they are scared of him. But rumor has it he is the most corrupt govorner we’ve ever had. I can’t say who told me that or they might get mysteriously fired. It’s true!

Yea, I missed that prediction pretty bad. I really can’t believe that IL couldn’t produce a single politician — Republican or Democrat — that could beat Blago.
