		<description>We definitely seem to be in the seasons of discontent.  It seems like Giuliani or McCain are the most likely candidates to come somewhat close to building a consensus.  If either of them doesn&#039;t make it through the primaries, then who knows what will happen.  Having one party in control of the White House and the other in control of Congress seems to be the best way, in practice, for our government to operate most efficiently.</description>

		<description>I think the whole political system is in a shambles right now.  It seems like no one is looking out for the interests of the people.  Without sounding cliche&#039; I think a revolution would do the trick, however those usually involve bloodshed.  Either way, I think a smaller more efficient government would do wonders across the board. However government trying to downsize itself is like the morbidly obese going on a weight loss program.  With that said I think we  could start by changing the tax code.  Baby steps Shamu.</description>
