Bring out the cake and confetti…it was exactly one year ago today that the first post was made on mattandleighann.com. It was a quote by Bjarne Stroustrup on technology. Followed shortly thereafter with praises for Arrested Development, which was cancelled months ago (though, Microsoft is going to stream old episodes for free online).
Man, this things like a time capsule. It’s going to be bizarre reading posts that are five or ten years old someday. Will our kids someday scour through the archives to see what we were writing about? I need to figure out a way to make old content more accessible, though. Right now, I pretty much just look at the 20 posts on our front page and that’s it.
